ARTICLE 1

Name: The name of the council shall be “VIDYA BHARTI KHEL PARISHAD”.

ARTICLE 2

Jurisdiction and headquarter : The territory under the jurisdiction of the Federation shall be the Indian Union and its Headquarter shall be any place as may be decided by the Executive Committee.
